Classic Sourdough Pizza
This simple no kneed recipe will create nice, thin and crispy Napoletana style Pizza. The below amounts are for 3 per pizzas. Just use the calculator in the google sheet provided if you need to make a different amount.
Notes:
- Make sure you are using an active sourdough starter, if you just got it or don’t use it often then take it out and feed it every 12 hours for a few days before you start.
- A small difference in quantity can make a big difference in end result and baking is much better when it’s precise. For best results use a kitchen scale as opposed to cups, you can find some links to some great ones that wont cost the earth on our FAQ page. If you don’t use one it’s very possible you’ll get inconsistent results.
