High Quality White and Wholemeal Sourdough Starter Kit. 

Using less processed wholemeal flour can be a preference for some. We find that baking with a maximum of 40% wholemeal gives a great balance and means you can still get a very springy loaf while using healthier wholemeal flour.

This includes everything you need to make your first two loaves of crispy, tasty and springy sourdough (just add water, salt and passion), as well as a 100-year-old starter from the lovely San Fran that you will be able to re-use again and again for as many loaves as you would like.

The Kit Contains:

• A lovingly cared for and very active sourdough starter.
• 1.5kg of white strong bread flour + 1.5kg of wholemeal flour (to be used as roughly 60/40 split when baking).
• Detailed instructions on how to make your first loaf.
• Support from the team at Adventures in Dough to get you going.

*Note: We will always use organic ingredients where possible. However, due to COVID19 and associated flour shortages this has been harder than expected, so for the time being you may receive high quality flour, as opposed to high quality organic flour.
